So I order my sparkly new jupiter 8v2 online, get the box today, and install it. I follow the directions to register online to get my activation code.
...except there's no activation code to be found.
On PRECISELY the page in the documentation that's supposed to give me my activation code there is none. The page even references my activation code, as does the email I get, as if it exists. Except, it does not.
I kind of wouldn't mind using the product I just dumped a bunch of money into. Anyone know of anything I can do?

You can raise a support call and if you get no joy after a day or two, PM Antoine (you'll see many useful posts by him on this board) with your call number. I just had the same problem as you and he sorted me out.

I submitted a ticket the moment I realized I wasn't getting an activation code for the product I bought. So far no contact from them about the issue.
