I'm unable to login to My Arturia, but I can use authenticate into ASC and use it to update and register my purchased software just fine.
I'm also unable to open a technical ticket through the Support link as it wants me to log in to My Arturia.
How do I proceed?

Please give it a try now.
This should be good. Your account had been blocked because you've typed a wrong password too many times.
