I use spark as vst-plugin in Studio One.
1)How can i trig the pattern-zone and the stop / start button
( like groove agent, mdrummer ) with my midi-keyboard?
2) When i open Spark and seeks the Spark-Controler,
my midi-keboard disconect.
How can i disable this seek-function or what can i do?
thx Eddi

You can only assign pattern change to midi note. Ctrl+Click (Windows) or Command+Click (Mac OS) on the pattern button.
2) When i open Spark and seeks the Spark-Controler,
my midi-keboard disconect.

Ok,
so this happens when you are using Spark in VST inside Studio One.
If I understand well, your keyboard disconnect from the Studio, doesn't it?

It sometimes happens

Ok,
I will try to reproduce it and get back to you ASAP.
