I purchased a boxed retail package of the V-Collection at a Guitar Center 2 days ago. I'm an existing customer, so upon logging in, I attempted to register the product so that I could authorize it for use.
On the registration page, I chose the product, entered the serial number and unlock code, hit Register, and....
Nothing happened. Actually, the page refreshed itself. But nothing else happened. I received no authorization, and the V-Collection does not show up under My Products. I entered the information several times, double checking the numbers, but the same thing kept happening.
I immediately filled out a support ticket. It's been about 48 hours now, and no response. Seems like this would be a high priority!
Any ideas or suggestions?

Nice to hear it from a human. I've experienced the same kind of problem, so I'm still waiting for a new activation code for my V-collection.
