Title: Just bought it ... can't use it

Hi there... what I thought it would be an almost a plug and play device it's turning to be a little nightmare.
1 - I spent the whole day installing and UN-installing and no luck.
I'm have a workstation with win 7 and it doesn't recognize the Arturia controller.
When I plug it in..  the Down and pad buttons of the controller start flashing along with the Sync section on the MIDI Control Center ... . 
Then ... if I press The shift button the flashing stops ... but I get the message error shown on the second image.
I have also tried to set it up for Ableton using the provided script and it doesn't work either as an standard midi controller.

2-
Can I install this software on the workstation located in my studio ... then a copy on my laptop for when I'm on the go?

Did a test on a mac book pro and works fine ... so nothing wrong with this unit
