Title: Beatstep Clocks
Post by: woodster77 on September 03, 2014, 11:35:13 am
is there a planned update to the clock divisions....no dotted or triplet....
crazy that this aint in there( noob so i could have missed it)
you got tri colour leds and im sure coding it would be a skoosh, shift double tap or triple tap the relevent step length

also kinda think that the alt mode ( im taking it you are trying to emulate  a pendulum seq) has a double tap at the start and end of the seq run, kinda offputting from what i thought it was gonna be

anyhow, cheers, a great product, cheep ,built like a tank

Keep up the excellent work

also think you guys seem to get a real hard time off some of the people on this forum,,,,,a lot of tissues flying around :'( :'( :'(
seriously guys,,,,,,stop bitchin so much. gives noobs the wrong idea

At $100 bucks, I don't think much qualifies as 'crazy' for not being there. :)

Would be cool if we had the option to turn off the 'double tap' at the start/end of the alt mode but the default makes sense. Otherwise, it would go out of sync on the 'one' of each second loop.

out of sync??surely being able to have odd seq lenghts falls into this as well

i get what you say that 16 steps forward and back would be in sync

And it is crazy no matter what the price,, after all its a sequencer isnt it,
so you would think clock divisions especially as you can change the seq length would be a pretty fundamental thing in a sequencer

I'll toss my wishes in to the well for more divisions too .  1/8T , and 1/16T at the least .
