Hi
I bought Analogue Factory 2.0 (for Mac OS x 10.5.4) and have just tried to install. The Analogue Factory.pkg installed successfully, but the Syncrosoft install did not happen automatically. I had to launch this direct from the CD. This too appeared to install sucessfully according to the installer.
At this point I expected to be asked to enter my activation code but nothing happened. So I launched AF from the applications folder and got this message:
Syncrosoft License Control Error
eLicenser(s) contain(s) no valid license for this application.
I have read the knowledge base and forums and found this link: http://www.arturia.com/evolution/kb/?View=entry&EntryID=99
...which tells me..
"Launch the Syncrosoft License Control Center (SLCC).
You should see a “SeL” software dongle installed onto your
computer"
..but I do not have / cannot find the SLCC?
Please help as I have yet to hear back from Arturia tech support.
Cheers
