Why Arturia do not reply to my email?. I have written twice, and still no respons. I am very disappointed with this customer service :'(

I did not get a case number.

I have some problems on my account when i go to my licenses and i try to add my serial number.
I have registered my product.
"Your Arturia License number IS NOT listed in our database !
Mail sent to Arturia support team."
What`s wrong. I am interestet to update my software (miniMg v)
