Hi terrym,
thanks for the report. I will look at this.
-
You can try to open the standalone in 32 bit.
Right click on the icon and choose Get Info.
Then check the box "Open in 32 bit mode".
Hope this helps

Thx Kevin,
It was an audio setting problem in Spark Preferences. Audio was off in Standalone Mode,
after updating.!!!
Now it works fine!!! ;)
-
Great news!!!
BTW, it seems that you removed your previous post. Please don't do that because it makes the thread no very understandable.

kevin are you guy working on a fix !
-
Hi terrym,
yes we are ;)

any sign of an update yet kevin

Hi Terry,
We have fixed this issue. It will be available in the next update.
We known that this issue is very uncomfortable, but there is a workaround to create a new project, using the 32 bit version of the standalone or plug-in.
We really hope that this will not break too much your workflow.
Best,
Emilie

Hi Terry,
We have fixed this one too.
We will update you with an update that fixes both asap.
In the meantime the best workaround is to load an Empty Project > Factory Kit
then change your instrument as you need.
Sorry for the inconvenience,
Best,
Emilie

hi ,can we have a time line or at least a beta update as i have had to go back to 112 until the bugs are fixed as it was causing too many problems making beats /kits
please !
-
Hi terrym,
we will build a beta probably in the beginning of next week.
I will send you the download link as soon as it is done.

How do you do this on a mac ? I didn't "get info" when I "right" clicked on the icon, just options and open.

The update that solve this issue is available now here (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/products/spark/resources.html#updates).
-
I did the update and it solved my crashing problem, but seemed to create another.
Before (software) I could just go to: load tab > empty kit > factory kit, load whatever kit I wanted, then repeat the process when I wanted to switch kits - but now it loads two kits instead of replacing the first ???

Hi cmreal,
I answered you on the other thread (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/smf/index.php?topic=5164.0).
Best
