Title: SparkLE: Sequenzer LED malfunction
Post by: twei55 on December 23, 2015, 08:55:32 pm
Hi tech support,

I have the latest Spark Software 2.2.0.76 running on MacOSX 10.9.5. Some of the LEDs between 9 and 16 of the Sequenzer zone, light up mid blue, flicker and show strange behaviour when I hit other keys e.g Filter, Slicer, Roller, Bank, Patt. or Tune. LED 10 lights up, when the controller is connected, LED 13 lights up when I switch to MIDI mode.

I don't remember that I had this issue before.

Any ideas on how to get rid of this?

Sorry, but I never understood this Audio-Midi-Setup Application. How do I delete the driver?

In your mac utilities folder open the audio midi setup app .Make sure the spark controller is not plugged in . and find the sparkle driver ,highlight and press delete.

Plug in your spark controller and see it that has cleared the problem .

Did not help :(

I also deleted all MIDI Drivers in /Library/Audio/MIDI Drivers and /Users/me/Library/Audio/MIDI Drivers. No effect, LEDs still not behaving the way they should.

Other ideas?

Apparently not even Arturia was able to solve this issue. I returned my controller and they sent me a new one ;)
